Order Submission & Confirmation

1. Placing an order and completing payment constitutes a binding sales contract under U.S. law. We reserve the right to verify order validity, inventory availability, and payment authorization before processing.
2. An order confirmation email is sent within 1 hour of payment (confirms receipt, not shipment). A separate shipping confirmation email (with tracking number) is sent when your order is dispatched.
3. Order Cancellations
   • Within 12 hours of purchase: Free cancellation, full refund processed within 3 business days.
   • After 12 hours (pre-shipment): 5% processing fee deducted, refund processed within 3 business days.
   • Post-shipment: Cancellations are treated as returns and subject to our Return & Exchange Policy (shipping costs and restocking fees apply).
   
   
4. We reserve the right to cancel orders for insufficient inventory, pricing errors, invalid shipping/payment information, suspected fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Product Compliance & Liability

   All our products meet strict U.S. safety and compliance standards—certificates are available upon request via customer service:
   
   
   • Bath Towels: FDA skin/fabric safety compliant, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (free of harmful dyes/chemicals), organic cotton options (GOTS certified).
   • Bath Curtains: PVC-free (PEVA/polyester), mildew-resistant, Prop 65 compliant, no harmful off-gassing.
   • Toilet Paper Holders: ASTM F2388 hardware safety compliant, CPSC stability certified, rust-resistant metal finishes, Prop 65 compliant (no lead/cadmium).
     
     
     All products are clearly labeled with compliance and care information.
   
   
2. Limitation of Liability

   
   

   We are not liable for:
   
   
   • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., towel softness, curtain pattern, holder finish, color mismatch from screen display).
   • Damages from improper use/cleaning/installation (e.g., towels shrunk from hot water, curtains damaged by bleach, holders pulled from walls).
   • Indirect damages (e.g., bathroom renovation delays, storage costs) from order cancellations, shipping delays, or product unavailability.
   • Injuries/damages from using products outside their intended use (e.g., towels as cleaning rags with harsh chemicals, holders for hanging heavy items).
   
   
3. Warranty Coverage

   
   

   We offer a limited manufacturer’s warranty for all products, covering manufacturing defects only (no user damage/use)—warranty claims require photo/video evidence and proof of purchase:
   
   
   • Bath Towel: 1-year warranty (fraying, unraveling seams; excludes wear, staining, shrinking from improper washing).
   • Bath Curtain: 1-year warranty (leaky seams, mildew growth within 6 months of proper use; excludes installation/cleaner damage).
   • Toilet Paper Holder: 2-year warranty (rust, loose brackets, broken hardware; excludes improper installation/overloading damage).
   
   

User Obligations

1. Provide true, accurate, and complete order/delivery information (e.g., bathroom dimensions for curtains, shipping address). You are liable for delivery delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
2. Use products in accordance with included care/installation instructions (e.g., wash towels in cold water, hang curtains to dry, install holders into wall studs).
3. Do not resell our products for commercial purposes without our written authorization. Authorized retailers must comply with our pricing and compliance standards.
4. Refrain from fraudulent activities (e.g., false defect claims, returning used products as new, identity theft). We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and pursue legal action against violators.

Intellectual Property & Dispute Resolution

1. All website content (product images, descriptions, care/installation guides) is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
2. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will first be resolved via negotiation with our customer service team within 10 business days.
3. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, USA in accordance with American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, or filed in state/federal court in Florida.
4. These terms are governed by Florida state law and U.S. federal law. Any provision deemed invalid/unenforceable will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
