Return & Exchange Policy
This policy complies with FTC mail-order rules and CPSC regulations, with special provisions for the hygiene of bath towels, water resistance of bath curtains, and structural integrity of toilet paper holders—all returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) Number (returns without an RA Number will be rejected).
Eligibility Requirements

Time LimitAll return/exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of product delivery. We extend this window to 45 days for bath curtains (water resistance testing) and toilet paper holders (installation fit verification).

Product ConditionAll products must be unused, unwashed/uninstalled, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, hardware, and compliance documents intact (hygiene is a critical standard for bathroom products):
- Bath Towel: Unwashed, no stains/lint/use marks; original packaging and brand tags intact; no fabric softener residue.
- Bath Curtain: Unhung, no water marks/mildew/installation damage; original liner (if included) and packaging intact; no holes/tears in fabric/liner.
- Toilet Paper Holder: Uninstalled, no scratches/dents/missing hardware; original mounting screws/instructions included; original packaging intact.

Defective/Incorrect ItemsProducts with manufacturing defects (e.g., frayed towel edges, leaky curtain seams, faulty holder brackets) or wrong deliveries (incorrect size/color/material) are eligible for free returns/exchanges/full refunds. Photo/video evidence of the defect is required for verification, and we cover all shipping costs (no restocking fee).

CPSC/Recalled ItemsAll CPSC-recalled products (especially toilet paper holders failing stability standards) are eligible for free return/replacement/refund, regardless of purchase date. We will notify you immediately via email/SMS if any product you purchased is subject to a recall and arrange free pickup/shipping.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Used/washed/uninstalled products (e.g., towels with laundry residue, curtains with mildew, holders with wall mount marks) due to hygiene and resale standards.
- Products damaged by improper use/cleaning/installation (e.g., towels shrunk from hot water, curtains torn during hanging, holders broken from over-tightening screws).
- Customized products (e.g., monogrammed towels, custom-sized curtains) with non-quality/non-delivery-related issues.
- Final sale items (marked "Final Sale" on the product page), except for defective/recalled items.
- Products with removed/damaged compliance labels (e.g., FDA fabric tags, CPSC hardware safety labels, Prop 65 warnings).
Return & Exchange Process

Submit RequestContact customer service via phone, email, or our website’s return portal; provide your order number, describe the issue, and upload photo/video evidence (if applicable). We review requests within 2 business days and issue an RA Number if approved.

Shipping Arrangement
- Defective/Incorrect/Recalled Items: We provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all shipping costs (no restocking fee).
- Personal Reason Returns: You are responsible for all shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee applies (covers inspection, hygiene sanitization, and repackaging)—this fee is waived for exchanges of the same product (you only pay shipping for the new item).

Inspection & Processing
Our quality team inspects returned items within 5 business days to verify condition, compliance, and absence of user damage/use. We test curtain water resistance and holder hardware integrity for eligible items:
- Eligible defective/incorrect items: Process a full refund (including original shipping fees) or exchange for the correct product, shipped free of charge within 3 business days.
- Eligible personal reason returns: Deduct shipping costs and 10% restocking fee, then issue a refund for the remaining product price.

Refund Completion
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection approval. Credit card refunds may take an additional 1–3 business days for bank processing. Exchanges are shipped within 3 business days of approval.
