We offer reliable, specialized shipping for bathroom essentials to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). PO box shipping is available for all products, with free standard shipping for eligible orders and protective packaging for all soft goods/hardware.

  • Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Spring Cleaning), shipping may be delayed by 2–3 business days—we recommend ordering 1 week in advance for timely delivery.
  • Packaging Protection: Towels are folded and sealed in breathable plastic; curtains are wrapped in moisture-proof material (liner separated); toilet paper holders are packed in foam-padded boxes to prevent scratches/dents.

Shipping Fees


We offer **free standard shipping for all orders over $49 (contiguous U.S.)**. For orders under $49 and non-contiguous U.S. locations, fees are as follows:

    • $4.99 flat rate for orders under $49
    • Free standard shipping for orders over $49
    • $16.99 flat rate for express shipping (1–2 business days)

  2. Alaska/Hawaii
    • 7% of order value (min $10.99, max $42.99)
    • Free shipping for orders over $529

  3. U.S. Territories (PR, Guam, etc.)
    • 9% of order value (min $12.99, max $52.99)
    • Free shipping for orders over $629

  4. Bulk Orders (20+ units/sets): Free standard shipping for all U.S. locations (including AK/HI/territories)

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for personal reason returns. Original shipping fees are only refunded for defective/incorrect/recalled items.

Order Tracking & Delivery Notes


  1. Tracking Information: After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link—real-time updates are available via the carrier’s website. Bulk orders include a dedicated tracking portal.
  2. Delivery Inspection: Inspect outer packaging for damage (dents, tears, water marks) before signing for delivery. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and take photos, then contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement/refund.
  3. Address Changes: Address changes requested before shipping are free (one change per order). Post-shipping address changes incur a $5.99 processing fee and may cause delivery delays.
